Director
Full access: overview, students, schedule, contracts, templates, announcements, site editor, users, activity log and settings.
This is the current dashboard view.
Supervisor
Owns the schedule: builds classes, moves students between rooms and exports the images. Sees students read-only — no editing data or touching contracts.
Front desk
Handles day-to-day records: students, classes, rooms and the schedule — and sends/follows up on contracts (WhatsApp/download). No access to announcements, templates, site editor, users or the activity log.
Activity log
Who did what in the dashboard — every action is kept, including the ones the system does on its own
The log cannot be edited or deleted — it is the dashboard's security memory.
